As we all know this virus is not going to leave us for some time but I have a lot of time now free at present and I am working on what events we may be able to do later on in the year.

We have already lost 3 of the Super 11s divisions and IM 2 along with the Willie McCartney and the Scottish Masters to be held in May are now not going to take place, we don't know how long this will last but at present I'm looking at August to resume SPA events and as such with IMs and WMc having to have qualifiers I will try and add them in this year or early next to make sure the players who have paid for the IMs will be able to play in them.

So when are the refunds being processed for 11s?
Will im2 money be refunded?

Always one and again you.

Refunds of the Super 11s payments will be done whenever.

There will be no refunds for the IM events as all will be played, this year or next as I am not a fortune teller.

Whoever does the refunds have had 2 weeks to sort them

Whoever does the refunds has a job a life and far more to worry about than getting them done, they will be done whenever and you can say what you like.

I will be very happy to refund you your money myself , so send me your bank details how much you paid, to whom and when , I will check with them and if they agree will pay it into your bank account.

Why do you insist on spreading utter lies. Two weeks, when the events were only cancelled ONE week ago.

There's a common theme here. There's one website member who 'hears things through the grapevine' and posts them on the website saying they 'won't reveal their sources'. There's one website member who likes to post information based on utter nonsense, where, perhaps in hope, that people may believe said nonsense. There's one website member who clearly does not understand the current global situation being faced. There's one website member who clearly acts with such disdain that it's almost unbelievable.

Ross, don't you worry about refunding anyone. The Reps are well aware of the situation. They are the important cogs in the refund process. They will advise their members in due course. They received an email this week and, most, have responded. There's a handful still to reply.

It's been refreshing though, the number of responses and the recognition that things in life just aren't normal at present. Their understanding and awareness will not be forgotten. Some of the direct messages of support have also been fantastic.

I sincerely hope everyone stays safe during this difficult time. Please look out for each other and hope to see everyone back playing pool very soon.

So you read the SPA Exec announcement in full then, yes? I believe you haven't but I'm sure you'd tell me otherwise.

We are in discussions with Pettycur Bay about getting some provisional dates to hold these Superleague events and also assisting those that have booked through the hotel. More information on this will be released when known.

The full cancellation of the Supers events wasn't known until last Wednesday/Thursday. So by my calculator, that's just over a week now. That doesn't require NASA, just an ounce of common sense.

When people deal with facts, it's always hard to argue. I understand that.

The absolute selfishness, ignorance and total disregard for anyone's personal life is utterly disgusting. The country/world is dealing with something nobody has ever had to deal with, full lockdown and this person is greeting about a sum probably less than £100. Could see the point if you were nice about it, asking for it as you've lost your job etc but have a bit of bloody respect!

Honestly some amount of throbbers
People crying about refunds when the 1st division was only supposed to be this weekend, 2nd division next weekend and 3rd Division 3 weeks later

Do people think the guys who volunteer to run the SPA havenít got personal issues to deal with during this as well

Get a f. ucking grip
