Rex Leisure Overview
It gives us great pleasure to announce the Rex Leisure Tour, a new pool series to hit Scotland. We are delighted to have a company with the reputation of Rex Leisure involved in this tour.

Rex Leisure was founded in 1978, installing pool tables, fruit machines and entertainment equipment in pubs and clubs. But for the past few years they have discovered a vibrant home market for duke boxes, pool tables and various other entertainment equipment. They now have a presence across Scotland with shops in Hamilton, Edinburgh and their newest shop in Glasgow. Why not chalk your cue (or one from their extensive range) and bounce off some fabulous cushions at Scotland’s largest pool and snooker table showroom, with over 14 tables to try out 6 days a week or visit them online at www.homepooltables.com

This new event will comprise of 6 main events for 96 players followed by a Grand Final which will be a playoff for the top 32 ranked players and also a tournament for the bottom 64 players.

The series will carry a prizefund of £21k (given 96 entries). The events will be held across 3 great pool venues from Central to Eastern Scotland:- Cue Here, Airdrie. Hustlers, Rosyth and Pennies, Falkirk.

There will be 2 events held at each venue. With the Grand Final being held in CJ’s, Rosyth.

A deposit of £20 is required to secure your place, anyone who can pay a larger deposit of £55 will get a place in the Grand Final for £25 which is a saving of £5.

Players who participated in the Belhaven series will be given first option of playing in this series but this option will cease on December 3rd 2007, then it will be open to first come first served, remember no places are guaranteed until deposits are received. Even if you want to pay the £55 deposit you can start off by only paying £20 then make up the balance at least 2 weeks prior to first event which will be on February 3rd 2008.

We will also offer the chance to pay any of your fees thru Paypal for the first time, but this will be subject to a small administration charge to cover paypal fees.

Dates for these events are as follows:-

3rd Feb CJ’s (Rosyth)
23rd March Cue Here (Airdrie)
27th April Pennies (Falkirk)
25th May CJ’s (Rosyth)
29th June Pennies (Falkirk)
24th August Cue Here (Airdrie)
21st September CJ’s (Rosyth)
